Batch cooking meals to stock the freezer for a household of 2. We are vegetarian and optimise for higher protein. We require 1-2 meals per day, 5 days per week, so 10-20 portions per week. We have tried and tested recipes and shopping lists to hand in a neatly organised spreadsheet but are also open to suggestions that fit within our macros. Our existing recipes are mainly Indian curries which are easy to scale to larger quantities. We currently spend around 2 hours batch cooking and 1 hour shopping on a Sunday every week (which we would like to outsource). We would be looking for someone who can manage the grocery shop for the batch cooking, cook in their own kitchen, and deliver the meals once/twice per fortnight frozen.
