We are moving to a new house with inbuilt wardrobe,i just want to have a wardrobe makeover rather than buying new ones

currently the area has soil and pebbles on top but is not flat. Needs to be flattened and hard standing (of some sort) put down to enable a more permanent gazebo/structure to be put in place. Area is around 3.65mx3.65m
