Tv not working. Seems issues are to do with connection to wifi..? Not sure. New printer and small storage to be set up/assembled

My internet is not working in the premises although wifi does. The issue seems to be inside.

Hi We recently changed our office WIFI, and we need someone to remove the old wifi hub and all the connections that the old wifi had and put the new BT one, (we already connected the hub but not the cables that go through the wall and the disks for complete wifi), including the wifi extender disks provided by BT and we didn’t connect/swap the CCTV and Alarm internet.
