I have a fabric hood and a cotton jacket, and I'd like to have them attached to make one hooded jacket. So that it can be worn as a jacket the hood will need some specific tailoring. - the hood's front panel should be neatly cut in half in a way that preserves the logo - You'll need to attach a pop button underneath the separated front panel so it can be fastened when all the jackets buttons are done up - the hood has flaps of material on the back which should be fully sewn to the inside of the jacket back
