Fix the hinge on a kitchen cabinet door

Went to replace my kitchen doors with plywood doors and remove a cupboard and put shelves there.

I have a hole in the floor under a corner cupboard in the kitchen. The corner cupboard will need to be removed to access the hole and replaced afterwards. The hole will also need be accessed from the cupboard under the stairs

I've bought 2 pull out drawer shelves with runners for a small kitchen cupboard.
