The extractor is mounted on a chimney breast and will need to vent through the wall behind into the chimney. The oven is electric and in same position as old oven. The sink and tap will need to be plumbed. It's in almost the same position as the old sink. The same with the dishwasher. The sink is to be underhung. The fridge is in the same position as old fridge. The worktop will be custom-made/cut to size by IKEA.
