We are experiencing water leakage under our kitchen sink whenever it’s in use. A similar issue occurred a year ago, which was caused by an obstruction in the front yard. We are seeking a professional to repair the current leak.

Under the kitchen sink is a main waste - this seems to be blocked as the water from the sink is not running away. We have checked the white plumbing and this is clear so I believe the problem is further down the waste pipe

The clear silicone sealant around kitchen sink needs replacing. I did it myself last time but I think it needs to be done with more skill! Also there's some sanding/varnishing to do around the tap as it's got damp and it stains black (it's a teak worktop). It looks worse in photos than it is. Around 2-3 hours work? Tasker to supply materials which can be charged extra. It can just be sanded in the area where the stains are. I'm not looking for a perfect job - this is a rented property but we try to keep it in very good condition.

Hi. We have an ongoing issue with our kitchen sink. The sink has been blocked for over a week now. We tried everything, from plunger to wet vacuum cleaner, but the major issue is not food blockage it is much more technical than that The council have sent “plumbers” who just came to use wet vacuum cleaners to unblock the sink but that isn’t the issue Our washing machine also pushes out waste water out of the kitchen sink. We believe it may be an issue with the pipes under the sink as well as issues with our boiler (maybe) Please if you do take on this job do not come to simply use a plunger/wet vacuum cleaners this will not fix the problem (it might do for a few seconds) If you are experienced in these issues we would like to welcome you to help us get rid of the issue once and for all Thanks

Kitchen sink draining slowly. I’ve tried baking soda and vinegar but minimal impact. You’ll need a screw driver to remove a kitchen cupboard to gain access to
