I have desk lamp that will not work

I got 3 led garden lamps which don't recharge nor turning on

lamp needs changing to uk plug from eu

Light not coming on when i flick the switch

I have an old French train lamp converted into a standing lamp and doesn't work, tried different bulbs no luck.
