Hi there! From 30th August I'll have several Airbnb properties to changeover approx every 2-6 days. Cleaning tasks will include collecting clean linen from storage in central maidenhead, changing beds, cleaning kitchen bathrooms and living rooms, putting out clean towels and general preparation for the next guests. Changeovers will need to be completed between 11.15am and 2.30pm. They could happen on any day and you'll be able to select which days/changeovers you'd like to do. Optional: ideally you'll be able to wash dry and iron linen at home for a higher rate but not mandatory Essential: the properties are across Maidenhead and you'll help out by collecting linen and returning it to the properties, so you'll need to have your own car and full driving licence. Pay: £12 per hour for Mon-Fri changeovers and £12.50 per hour for Sat and Sun changeovers £15 per hour for bank holiday changeovers Look forward to hearing from you! Ellen

Need a complete home and bathroom cleaning. With cupboards and clothes organisation to make space. We are a working couple with a puppy and we don't get any time at all. Ours is a one bedroom flat with a small balcony

I have just lubricated my home treadmill/running pad for the first time and I cannot get it to realign. Tried to adjust it but the belt keeps moving rapidly to the side, to the point where it rubs against the side. I have had to loosen it up to move the belt back and now cannot get it straight

I need the contents of my single garage moved into my adjoining courtyard on Saturday to allow for refurbishment on Monday. Unable to do it myself as I am recovering from surgery. I have a sturdy sack barrow to make the heavier items much easier. I estimate it’s a medium physical unskilled job taking 3-4 hours working slowly . It may take much less time. The garage is already tidy and organised so it’s a pretty straightforward job.

To inspect flat and take photos for an insurance claim after a small fire, should not take more than an hour, and may need to organise a convenient time with tenant. Some experience of decorating may be advantageous.

I’d need someone to come clean my home twice a week for until 10th of September so 2 months and 10 days. First day being july 1. But I’d like you to come one day before 1st July so I could make you understand the job and you are sure how to go about when you’d start the work. I’d pay £12.50/hr. And I’d provide the cleaning products myself. Thank you.
