Cleaning Tasks Before starting this Job, please take a picture of every room to show case the before and after standards. Remove the bedding linen for both upstairs and downstairs and put them to wash. Put the bedding, White towels and linen in the washing machine to wash on the 40 degrees cycle and set this to wash within 2 hours. Once full washed, hang to dry for an hour on the railing (Bedding, Linen, Towels) Iron the linen and duvet sets, and pillow cases to remove all creases, use the ironing board. Lay and make both beds, in a neat hotel standard. Fold 1 Towel and Position neatly on each bed. Hoover the entire living room, upstairs and downstairs bedrooms ensuring everything is spotless without any hair or dust or marks. Wash all dishes in the kitchen or on the counter and put away all plates and cutlery in the cupboards. Empty the fridge and put all rubbish in the bins. Change all the bins in each room and dispose of them in bigger outside bin Organise each room to make sure everything is neat and tidy. Organise the cushions on the couch Organise the TV remotes for each TV and leave them clearly on each table in each room. Replace the toilet roll in each toilet Please make a note on the Inventory list of how much is remaining and what needs supply. Hi there! From 30th August I'll have several Airbnb properties to changeover approx every 2-6 days. Cleaning tasks will include collecting clean linen from storage in central maidenhead, changing beds, cleaning kitchen bathrooms and living rooms, putting out clean towels and general preparation for the next guests. Changeovers will need to be completed between 11.15am and 2.30pm. They could happen on any day and you'll be able to select which days/changeovers you'd like to do. Optional: ideally you'll be able to wash dry and iron linen at home for a higher rate but not mandatory Essential: the properties are across Maidenhead and you'll help out by collecting linen and returning it to the properties, so you'll need to have your own car and full driving licence.
