I need a deep clean in my bedroom property and clothing organising please

I’ve got like 20 bin bags of clothes that need to be organised and washed and dried then a nice photo needs to be taken of each item and then organised back into bags by size. I also have other items to sell that need to be photographed. I have a washer, dryer etc and it’ll be done at mine in its entirety - nothing can be taken off site.

We are rearranging our studio's mezzanine storage area so that it is zoned, easily accessible and functioning to the best of it's abilities. I will have already been through everything and thrown away any junk but what i will need a hand with is shifting lots of boxes up and down a slightly fiddly staircase. Some of the boxes will be quite heavy so being quite fit and strong will be necessary. I should add that we are a glass blowing studio so some of the boxes will also need to be handled with special care. We'll need everything moved so that I can clean up there before we can move it all back. We will also have an Ikea chest of drawers that need to be built in the space so experience and speedy skills regarding that will also be needed. Any experience in maximising functionality in small spaces would also be an advantage.

We are expecting a baby and we need a chef to help us by coming twice a week for a few hours and prepare meals for us in our kitchen that we can eat/freeze for the next few days. Assistant required to escort a hospital patient briefly on leaving the hospital near Sloane Square. The assistant just has to show up at reception (between 6pm and 8pm this Tuesday), and escort the patient outside to a taxi. The taxi can then drop you off at the nearest tube station if required. It's basically about 15 minutes of actual 'work' but the assistant will need to be available and nearby for up to 2 hours (6-8pm) as we can't say yet exactly what time the patient will be discharged. Once the patient is in the taxi, the assistant will be free to go.
