Hi there, Looking for someone to prepare 5 dinner meals for the week. One big soup, and healthy, Ottolenghi type dinners for four people that are low fodmap. Big portions so there are leftovers are absolutely fine. My dad’s had a stroke so looking for lots of veggies and some lean proteins, low in dairy and fat.
