The house is big (3 beds; 1 study room; garden & balcony) but without furnitures so the job is fairly easy. - Deep clean 1 bathroom - General cleaning & organising around the house - Vacuum & clean the floor Equipments provided; feel free to bring any you have. We need someone who is: - tidy & clean as one of our family member has allergies - proactive about what needs to be done without us having to point out (if you feel somewhere needs tidying or cleaning up) - professional (Eg: wipe with different wipes for each area, not using the same cloth! ; rinse the cloth after cleaning and don’t just throw in the washing machine; or simply wash the dishes and not putting them in the washing machine) If done well can turn into a weekly arrangement. Important: please state how much time in total you would need, as the fees will be paid only upon satisfaction. Sort through and organise my wardrobe/closet/clothes

Deep clean bathroom and kitchen (including dishes) and organise flat (messy clothes, take out trash, organise objects and jewellery and stuff, etc) and take laundry to laundromat and drycleaner. I also have a cat and his litter will need to be cleaned.

I have unwanted items i want to package in black bags each should be 10kgs. Suitcases to be moved to the sitting room. Other Suitcases to be put up in the top locker.

To clear a garden storage room, take everything out, rationalize. I will the decide what to keep, what to sell on eBay and what to put in a skip. There's a few heavy items like slabs, and I would also need you to carry out the garden and put all the rubbish in the skip. And we need to put a big box that has a tent in it (quite heavy) from the cellar into the garden shed. I would say it's 1-2 days work maximum. I need someone who will be organized so that stuff that I keep, you also then put back in storage room and stuck back nicely in the storage room, logically and using the space efficiently. Storage room will probably need a sweep as well. My dates for this job would need to be Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st November.

I need a closet organiser to sort out my two closets they are single sized closets so pretty small I broke my fingers so I need a little help folding clothes and throwing away stay that I no longer need.

We are looking for someone to come over 2 days, one day is not possible for this task. Although we know we need to declutter we are not yet able to due to work burdens, so in the meantime, we need someone to spend a couple of days arranging things and cleaning. It is a difficult and big task but we urgently need help. We've had people come and just stuff items in bags and corners, this is not what we want. Sensible arrangements, leaving it easier for us to then get rid of things. We also need a bit of compassion, no judgemental commentary (We've had that). So, we have a granny studio that has just been decorated and is the easiest to do - this just needs finishing off, floors, bathroom, windows. Floor 2 - living room and kitchen. Items on floor, table and shelves need arranging and then cleaned, there is also a small guest toilet. Floor 3 - the most challenging, childrens bedroom, clean floor, arrange beds, tidy, spare room - has been used as dumping ground but there may not be time for this. Bedroom - multitude of clothes that need hanging, folding. Table surface - many items needing arrangement, bed making, floor tidy and clean. Assistant required to escort a hospital patient briefly on leaving the hospital near Sloane Square. The assistant just has to show up at reception (between 6pm and 8pm this Tuesday), and escort the patient outside to a taxi. The taxi can then drop you off at the nearest tube station if required. It's basically about 15 minutes of actual 'work' but the assistant will need to be available and nearby for up to 2 hours (6-8pm) as we can't say yet exactly what time the patient will be discharged. Once the patient is in the taxi, the assistant will be free to go.
