I’ve recently moved into a new flat and I need help unpacking and organising some things. I also need the flat to be cleaned.

Thank you for looking. We are a busy professional couple (1 kitten, no children) with plenty of chores, maintenance and housekeeping tasks around our home & home office. We are recruiting a regular weekly cleaning and housekeeping/ organization person. Tasks including: - Regular housekeeping such as: cleaning, bins, bathrooms, floors, kitty litter, laundry, pavement sweeping, window cleaning (inside and ground floor only of course we will not ask you to climb outside the building!) etc. - Organization & tidying up of craft room supplies, wardrobes, stationary, files, pens, tools...etc all organized neatly and still user-friendly. If the first time works well (£36/2hrs) we like regular weekly visits to maintain (£72/4hrs weekly, on 2 days each week) Timing: - Always for 2hrs between 12 - 3 pm (any 2hrs in that window) - 2 regular sessions/week, and ad hoc (via text) when we have additional guests. These ad hoc add on would be regular tasks and bed sheet changes, guest room cleaning added. Equipment: - We have everything on site. We have a vacuum, mop, and all the cleaning supplies. You do not need to bring anything. - We do prefer if you wear a mask. You Must have: - ID verification completed on Airtasker /Chekatrade, or valid ID to bring to the property. We have a business on the premise and we promised all our customers that all our staff, temp or not, are ID verified. - You need to speak good conversational English and know how to clean, housekeep, organize and map items, group them together, so they can look good and can still be easy to use. - We have had issues in the past with cleaners just stuff things away randomly, that is not what we need here. please state an hourly rate that you will be happy with and motivated by for domestic help / bit of cleaning I need 60min assistance 2x per week flexible on the days, e.g. Mon/Thur .. Tue/Fri .. Wed/Sat.. once up and running and trust established you will have a key and be able to access without me being here it is a small clean new flat in a lovely building, so there is really not much to do, but I want it kept in tidy presentable condition at all times, so it needs a quick refresh twice a week - quick hoover floors - quick clean bathroom - quick dust / surface clean - fold/tidy away any loose clothing - tidy away any other random items left out - bit of washing up / tidy away - make sure everything switched off & message to say when finished everything is organised so I will show you what goes where once you've done it a few times, should be very easy convenient work please only offer if you are fairly local to Canary Wharf and can commit to 2x a week on an ongoing basis - Due date: Before Friday, 16 June 2023
