We are looking for someone to come over 2 days, one day is not possible for this task. Although we know we need to declutter we are not yet able to due to work burdens, so in the meantime, we need someone to spend a couple of days arranging things and cleaning. It is a difficult and big task but we urgently need help. We've had people come and just stuff items in bags and corners, this is not what we want. Sensible arrangements, leaving it easier for us to then get rid of things. We also need a bit of compassion, no judgemental commentary (We've had that). So, we have a granny studio that has just been decorated and is the easiest to do - this just needs finishing off, floors, bathroom, windows. Floor 2 - living room and kitchen. Items on floor, table and shelves need arranging and then cleaned, there is also a small guest toilet. Floor 3 - the most challenging, childrens bedroom, clean floor, arrange beds, tidy, spare room - has been used as dumping ground but there may not be time for this. Bedroom - multitude of clothes that need hanging, folding. Table surface - many items needing arrangement, bed making, floor tidy and clean. Ensuite Bathroom cleaning - a good descaler, can you recommend? Finally family bathroom - good clean. This clean will focus on the upper floor. The ,master bedroom needs a major arrangement of clothes sorted into children's, women's and men's clothes and hung up as space allows or folded neatly. It also needs the major tidying of a desk/shelf surface that has books, papers, cosmetics all stuffed together. It will need a floor clear and then hoover. Bathrooms to be cleaned as normal but they will be pre-sprayed to try and remove limescale etc. A deep clean will be required. Do recommend any cleaning supplies that might work particularly well. This is an ongoing role that would suit somebody who loves cooking and experimenting with dishes. I am a busy 31 year old entrepreneur who lives in Kennington. I am looking for a cook/chef, who can visit my house every weekday at 830am to cook a really simple breakfast and also batch cook some more substantial meals that I can eat for lunches. Occasional admin help would also really helpful. I think the time requirement each day will vary depending on the day but will average out at around 45 minutes per day. Happy to pay $12 an hour pro rata. I am looking for this to be on ongoing arrangement every weekday but ideally like to start off on a week trial to make sure that both sides are happy.

We booked a clean Monday via Helpling but a guest reported issues yesterday and they've basically done a bad job. It's a basement flat, 60sqm easy layout. 2 hours, sofa cover unzipped and machine on as you arrive, do the clean, hang sheets and covers to dry as you leave, return to fold and put away The issues raised are: - Spider, top corner guest room (there's paper and glasses please capture, don't kill!) look for others, it is the season and we are the garden flat, remove any spiders. - Sheets left in the machine, switch this on as you arrive and hang to dry and return to fold. There's an airer under the sofa or if weathers good a line outside. Or the radiators are tall and good to hand sheets. - Marks on the sofa... now we advertise as "a home not Hilton" the sofa is worn for sure but... these Karens. Let's zip off the sofa covers to wash with the sheets. Hang to dry or radiators and return to put back on once dry. There's also wear and tear on an armchair. I think hot soapy water will do this. I have carpet cleaner spray might work too. You could also try the steamer. - Dog bowls left out in the kitchen, empty and put away (it is a pet property and advertised as such but... you know how extra these Karens are). + General clean (gesture of goodwill - you're going over anyway) we have: Steamer, Shark pet hoover, brooms, dustpans, squeegee. LOTS of cleaning cloths and product under the sink, a housekeepers mate bucket (with the caddy), floorboard cleaner, bicarb and vinegar. Additional bucket and scrubber is outside in the courtyard. The steamer can be converted to handheld and has many attachments above the washing machine, you could try steam on the sofa and armchair. Legally need to let you know we have Canary smart CCTV, it's also signposted/stickers on all entrances. I had to leave mid-move out and an airbnb guest arrives Monday. I'm looking for: Main master bedroom; (*at the front of the flat) put clothes from chair into in-built wardrobe. Clear the white temporary wardrobe (for guests) and store items into the in-built wardrobe (hidden away!). The items on the temp wardrobe are 2 rock salt lamps, some candles, some picture frames. The extra quilt and anything else lying around is to go into the in-built wardrobe (it's huge). Communal area; x3 vases have been left with flowers please empty the vases, dispose of the flowers and put the vases on the shelf in the kitchen unit (you'll see two other vases).
