The key to the letter box is lost. I need a replacement.

Im having issues with locking/unlocking my door. The key goes in fine but I need to push the door and align the door in the middle to lock it. I just need the issue fixed asap

Main Entrace wooden door has expanded/contracted hence ita difficult to lock. It closes properly but hard to lock/open. Needs adjustment on hinges and lock holes.

Fit 4 locks to internal doors, example of door without lock (that lock will be added to) and example of door with a lock shown. The locks will all be deadbolt with thumbturn on one side and key on the other. Quote is for fit only but if you would like to supply and can quote for this as well let me know.

We have Banham locks on our front door but the main lock keeps getting jammed, which leaves us u able to open the door. It’s especially bad if it’s really sunny, pretty sure it’s the lock rather than the door. Is there anyone who specialises in Banham, Banham themselves are way to expensive for a call out.

Handle is not doing the job of locking and unlocking the door. The bottom part is not opening whilst the upper side is open all the time so can't lock it completely with the handle and neither can open and slide the door

I can’t seem to find the right side letterbox plate to fit my front door! The current one is broken and need replacing.

Looking for help to fix / replace old tilt turn window. The handle is loose but not turning fully (may require lock picking to open but I do not think it is locked as I have never locked it / don't have the key). The window does not close / seal properly at the top right as the mechanism does not turn.

Two internal door handles and door locks /mechanism are broken in property/flat in E16. (Ensuite door and living room door). See images attached. We need urgent fixing

Hi, My front pvc door needs to be realigned. The handle doesnt pull up to lock with the key. I need someone to align the door so it closes and locks properly. Also as your there to check the door gear, if all is good fine. If not then replace, i'll supply the parts.
