Hi . The door kept getting stuck, so the locking mechanism was disabled. Additional parts needed I can purchase separately There is an outer porch door so this is left unlocked currently. Door is undamaged but I would be willing to replace whole door if only option. Which ever is most cost effective. Image of door handle and side mechanism attached.

Sliding door needs its runners replaced and a new lock required as well

I have an uPVC Composite Door Lock with a broken multi-point lock that is seized up. The key no longer turns, and the door handle turns without engaging the locking mechanism. The door is stuck in the locked position and cannot be opened.

The UPVC window in my bathroom is locked shut and won’t open. The handle moves but the window is stuck shut.

One of the sliding door of our wardrobe is not working. And something fell from the sliding door like a pellet and a round roller. That’s why it doesn’t slide anymore and it is not working.

Fix new key lock for my bedroom

Our living room has upvc windows. One of the windows will not lock in place. The mechanism seems to be broken where the cams lock into place, going up and down. This means that window is unlockable and I have tried tightening but nothing works. This may be a quick fix or requirement some kind of replacement part, If anyone knows what is required and can supply info and a quote for this to be fixed today or latest tomorrow

Internal doors coming off. 4 of them . Some are already off. Need to get them tightened back
