I would like help removing items from a loft eaves in an attic and moving them into a room on the downstairs floor

I need to move a 3-seater sofa which is in the loft, down to the living room and move 3 chairs into the loft.

I need someone to go into my loft and bring down all the remaining things that are up there, and leave them for me, they are not to be taken away!. Its mostly empty small and medium boxes, but there are a few things that need carrying down from there, but nothing particularly heavy. I don't have a loft ladder, but I have a ample step ladder which I've used quite comfortably in the past to get in and out of there. I have a strong lamp inside to illuminate the area. The work should take no more than one hour.

I require someone's help for about six hours to help me clear my attic and carry heavy items downstairs. Due to a recent back operation, annoyingly I am not allowed to lift heavy things. The attic has a lot of clutter, and I will work alongside you to complete the task. Many thanks.
