Remove current loft insulation and provide new insulation in line with gov recommendation (currently 100mm). Install light in loft. Install ladder to enter with easy access. No materials purchased. The roof void structural timbers comprise of 100mm x 50mm timber rafters spaced at approximately 400mm centres which have been supported with horizontal supporting purlins.
