Have fitted a loft ladder but need someone to do the neatening of the hatch once installed all in price materials and labour

I want to use my loft for seasonal storage and require boarding (18mm moisture resistant boarding) and a ladder (3 section aluminium) to be installed in a circa 10 square metre space. I live in a new build property that already has a hatch and light installed. The hatch door may need to be rotated.

loft hatch is original & glass. It is approx 8ft above quite a wide landing so shouldn't be too hard to access. I need a box of Xmas decorations brought down & also the hatch insulated (am flexible re what with) but think best idea is to stal a drop down ladder (of any type) for future access - so ideally would get all of those done once by someone with their own ladder, who is handy.

Hi there, I have loft ladder has come off; unsure if it can be mended or if it would require to be replaced. Of course, if it can be mended then it would be perfect for us. A low cost and environment friendly (reducing waste) is a preferred option.

Our loft ladder has come loose; I need someone to fix it back against the attic floor. Note that there aren't any obvious fixing points due to the fact that the loft floor was boarded up and raised slightly when insulation was fitted. The reason it has become loose is because it was bodged back into place.
