Property Promotion on All Online Platforms: • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase the visibility and desirability of our service accommodation properties. • Create engaging property listings by taking Photos, visually appealing materials, and virtual tours to effectively showcase the unique features and amenities of each unit. • To leverage All online platforms and Social media to reach potential clients. 2. Client Acquisition and Engagement: • Identify and engage individual travellers, corporate clients and travel agencies to generate leads and bookings for our service accommodation properties. • Respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate property information, and tailor offerings to match client preferences. • Provide direct communication with and assistance to guest. • Build and nurture relationships with individual travellers, key decision-makers, travel managers, and booking agents to secure long-term partnerships. 3.Property Tours and Presentations: • Conduct property tours, whether in person or virtually, to showcase the features, amenities, and convenience of our service accommodation units • Create Videos to show how White Goods and Other Appliance work on the property. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 13 August 2023 - Due date: Before Tuesday, 22 August 2023
