Water not flowing properly from shower not sure if it can be fixed or if I need a new shower put in

Shower tray waste pipe from upstairs ensuite has leaked into lounge. Small inspection hole has been made. Pipe work / joints needs repair / replacement. Easiest access to pipe work will be through lounge ceiling, so that will need to be made good post pipe work repair.

I have an old shower that has not worked since we changed our boiler from water tank to combi. I believe the piping may need reconfiguring but I’m not an expert. I’d really like to have someone over to take a look at it and give me some guidance

The water from the toilet, sink and shower don’t come with pressure.

As mentioned, there isn’t much water coming out of my shower, it’s now coming out of the bottom of the unit instead.

The boiler in the flat is broken, I have installed an electric shower in the main bathroom so tenants can have hot shower. However, the one currently being installed (please see photos of its specs) is not strong and hot enough, so I would like to replace it with a better one. If possible, I would also like to install one in the ensuite, although it is further away from the fuse room (see floor plan attached, the "C" room right next to the main bathroom is where the fuse box and boiler are). I want to hire someone to: 1) Choose a good model of electric shower for my needs (I want something that can provide strong and hot water for a long period of time, is easy to operate, and will not be broken easily, e.g. if the tenant switches on the shower but forgot to turn on the cold water in tap, it won't burn out within). The quote for your job will NOT include the cost of the electric shower(s), but you will need to buy them (I will reimburse you) and bring them to my flat. 2) Someone who is Part P qualified (and any other relevant certificates needed to perform this job). I will need electric safety certificate(s) for the showers and the wiring. I only get lukewarm water from the shower that is over the bath. The bath and sink tap water have no issues. Only during hot summer days the shower produces very hot water.

The thermostat on our mixer Lusso Stone shower ("LUXE BRUSHED GOLD THERMOSTATIC SHOWER WITH HANDHELD SHOWER") is no longer as hot as it was. Hot water comes out of the adjoining sink fine, so not a supply issue to the shower. Speaking to the manufacturer they believe: "The most common reason for the shower to have an issue with the temperature is debris or limescale that has got into the cartridge and affects the functioning of this part of the shower." The shower cubical is micro cement. The plate is attached to the micro cement with sealant.

I’m looking for a plumber who can replace my old shower valve with a new one. Happy to pay for your parking. Less than an hour job. I’m not sure how to turn the stop cock off outside the building.

Shower tray is leaking water through the ceiling as the seal has broken around the plug hole. Needs to be sealed. I do not want to replace the tray as I would need to remove tiles. Can this be done?

To cut a long story short, the shower has stopped running water - according to the guy who caused the problem he turned the temperature knob too far and we think something inside may have come out of place, snapped or broke, now there’s no my enough water pressure coming out. I think the front needs to removed and whatever the problem is for it to be fixed. I think this may be a quick job, but if parts are needed etc I am willing to pay more.
