The hot water in both showers at my property has stopped working, even though the hot water in the taps is functioning perfectly. Everything was working fine yesterday, so I’m unsure what the issue could be. My suspicion is that it might be related to low water pressure, as a similar problem occurred in the past but resolved itself. However, I’m not certain. I need a professional to attend the property and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please provide your offers.

The thermostat on our mixer Lusso Stone shower ("LUXE BRUSHED GOLD THERMOSTATIC SHOWER WITH HANDHELD SHOWER") is no longer as hot as it was. Hot water comes out of the adjoining sink fine, so not a supply issue to the shower. Speaking to the manufacturer they believe: "The most common reason for the shower to have an issue with the temperature is debris or limescale that has got into the cartridge and affects the functioning of this part of the shower." The shower cubical is micro cement. The plate is attached to the micro cement with sealant.

Shower pressure is really low. Needs fixing.

Remove the old shower tray and install the new one.

We're looking for someone to replace a shower and mixer unit + towel radiator, as well as reseal around the bath

This is a very simple request, but not an easy job. Just need the shower. Remove the bath removed and a walking shower put in. Which will be suppliers. On the first floor, so I need to make sure that the right train is used and design so that the water doesn’t flood.

The shower filter top attachment we have attached to our shower pipes is currently stuck and won't twist off. We have tried multiple things including grips, and (not ideal) wrenches & pliers.

I need someone to reseal my shower tray

Looking for someone to reseal our shower. Remove and reseal.

I have 2 malfunctioning concealed shower valve. The middle temperature control valve is not working properly (it does not allow to go from cold to hot and the override button does not work either). I need to check if this can be repaired or I need to change the whole unit in which case the job might include replacement and sourcing of the parts (depending)

I’m looking for a plumber who can replace my old shower valve with a new one. Happy to pay for your parking. Less than an hour job. I’m not sure how to turn the stop cock off outside the building.

Shower tray is leaking water through the ceiling as the seal has broken around the plug hole. Needs to be sealed. I do not want to replace the tray as I would need to remove tiles. Can this be done?

To cut a long story short, the shower has stopped running water - according to the guy who caused the problem he turned the temperature knob too far and we think something inside may have come out of place, snapped or broke, now there’s no my enough water pressure coming out. I think the front needs to removed and whatever the problem is for it to be fixed. I think this may be a quick job, but if parts are needed etc I am willing to pay more.
