I think the thermostatic shower mixer is not working. The water from the shower comes too hot or too cold. I have another bathroom where it is fine. I’ve removed the mixer fittings but need help with the actual replacement and the right spare parts to buy.

There are two jobs: 1) To replace the shower water flow handle assembly kit for the vertical shower in the bathroom as the old handle is broken. I have purchased a new flow handle kit and it comes with a washer. The websites for the Flow Handle Assembly kit described in the diagram below (#2, #3, #4).
