Varied list of things that need doing at home. Change kitchen tap. Change mixer tap in shower room. Remove and reseal around base of the shower wall panel, the existing grout has gone black. Remove and replace two to four tiles around the bath, two need replacing but the ones next it may come off. Reseal around the bath. Regrout around the tiles taken off. I have all the materials you will need the tools.

My shower is leaking and also making a high pitched noise at times, usually when the neighbours in the upstairs flat use their shower. I have recorded the noise on video. A local plumber has been in and said the shower cartridge is scaled up and needs replacing but he was unsure where to find the matching shower valve, and also in the end was unable to remove the shower valve. He advised my only option was to break the tiles and replace the entire shower unit, and charged me for the appointment. I'm looking for someone who will be able to remove and replace the shower cartridge (or find an alternative solution to the leak and noise), and who won't charge me until they have fixed the problem.
