I recently put a new handlebar on my bike and after putting it all back together, the throttle cables are very tight around the fork. With the handlebars straight and to the right, the throttle snaps back into place, however, with the handlebars turned to the left, the cables become extremely tight and the throttle can’t open and if it does, it doesn’t close itself. I have a 2015 Kawasaki Z300.
