Recliner broken, height mechanism broken, doesnt sit straight arms dont stay up

I am in need the arms and back support of this office chair fixing. I have the plastic supports, essentially what needs doing is these being plastic glued but ideally solidered back together. I need this specific chair fixing and not a new chair. I would also like the chair cleaned as well

My chair no longer stays up when I change the height! I imagine that there's a problem with the hydraulics

My office chair keeps going down when I sit on it. I think the gas canister has run out of gas. The chair was purchased in August 2021 from theworkalley.co.uk (which appears to no longer be in business). The chair description on purchase receipt is: high back mesh office chair, ergonomic swivel chair with adjustable head rest and arm rest.
