Experienced handyman decorator needed to deal with mould and damp in storage cupboard and bathroom ceiling (1) In storage cupboard with heating unit and washing machine need it treated for damp and mould. Damp proofing paint also applied and then painted over with white Dulux Matt paint. The damp and mould is apparent in different sections on this room on the walls in patches. Treat it so it does not come back and then paint over it. There was some water spillage in this room before but that has all dried up now so there should be no external cause of the damp. (2) In the main bathroom ceiling there is a damp patch. This needs to be treated and then painted white with Dulux Matt white ceiling paint. I will pay for the cost of paint or materials needed. Pictures are provided.
