Secure towel rack in bathroom. Remove wall stickers in kitchen and clean walls Repaint flat, except for kitchen (some current work is being completed under and insurance claim) Areas that require painting: Hallway Bedroom 1 Bedroom 2 Lounge Room Bathroom Paint colour required would need to match current paint colour or be a neutral white or cream throughout. Paint will need to be provided by yourself and included in your offer cost. Keys for the property are kept with the lettings agent and their details will be provided upon acceptance of an offer. Keys must be returned to the lettings agent once the job has been completed. There is street parking outside of the property and a car pack 2 minutes down the road from the flat.
