Find an experienced local painter in South Cambridgeshire District

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to paint and surface all the walls and wooden flooring in a small 3 bedroom home in CB4. The walls have paint marks on where previous painting was uneven, I need them to be smoothed too. House consists of 3 bedrooms (two double and one tiny), 1 bathroom, a kitchen and larger living room.

Looking for someone with previous experience in panelling. I can provide all the material and take care of the painting. Examples of what I would like are shown in pic 1 and 2. Pic 3 shows our current staircase.

Bathroom ceiling approx 3.5m by 3m, areas with mould and need scraping off, add stain block and repaint with 2 coats

Hall stairs and landing walls painted, doors and skirting boards

Clean exterior of gable end wall - 49 square meters. To remove pollution and excess mortar on bricks (not between bricks) - to return bricks to original light Cambridge brick colour. Please add to the quote how much you’d charge to paint the wall, post cleaning, with a clear exterior wall paint (product already purchased) - 1 coat.

Mid terrace house , needs pebble dash external wall painting , front and back of house , approximately 20 ft wide by 9f height , roughly . Only the top section , where the pebble dash is , requires painting , excluding the windows of course . will require quote if , painter suplies the paint and a quote without supply of paint . Paint colour required is light greyish" or light magnolia outdoor pebble dash paint .

Hi On November 16 or 17, I am hoping to find a painter to come and paint a new doorway (to be installed Nov 15) in my home. In place will be a new door lining with no primer and a primed architrave. Off road parking available. The photo is what the doorway will look like (once painted) as the builder is adding a doorway near identical to the rest of the flat. A small hole in dry wall. Already a handyman tried fixing using a foam spray and wall filler. However can see crack and a very tiny hole. The job involves filling/fixing the existing work, sanding and painting. I believe the paint is cream colour (definitely not white). Wall paint, touch up some blemishes for end of tenancy Landlord very picky about walls. I'm not sure about the white pain exact colour and have no experience painting. The result should be such that the landlord can't tell it's been repainted. Some minor stains might be erased with a special sponge (I will try), but a few will definitely need to be painted.
