Painting to kitchen dinning bathroom doors and window 3 bedroom

My new home is a lovely 1930s three bed semi which needs to be fully renovated. I'm looking for experienced help to strip Anaglypta and Woodchip (painted over) and various layers of paint, to prepare, down to bare plaster. Then the plasterer can properly patch up the chasing strips (made by my electrician and plumber) and I can see what else needs to be done before painting.

Decorate the downstairs rooms of a house which consists of a kitchen lounge dining room small entrance porch downstairs WC all of it is emulsion and woodwork - it’s for ceilings and walls happy for it to be done on a rolling basis. Would like either a daily rate or price to do task. Ceilings and walls are in good order so it should be straightforward. We will supply or paint so it’s just labour that is required. House must be left immaculate afterwards. Will just put £10 of a task this is just so that you can provide your daily rate.

I would like the stairs painted and ombre orange at the back and something done to the main part of it where you actually stand (I’m not sure what yet though probably wooden? ) It’s a new build so nothing on at the minute. I’m aware it will look different as those stairs are straight and mine are curved. I will provide the paint
