I have a small hole in my bedroom wall which I drilled to hang a picture, but it was at the wrong height. I need it filled in and painted over in white - the rest of the room is Dulux Brilliant White (matt).

The main aim is to improve the quality of the walls and their aesthetic, as currently they are looking very old and grubby.
