Small painting, decorating, repair and joinery works to prepare the house for sale. Approximately 3 days work in a friendly house.

Prep walls, remove wallpaper mix along with filling, sanding and prepping for paint. Approx 2 walls of paper 3 hallways and two stairways to prep

Some maintenance of exterior windows. Sanding and painting of exterior windows. We have 16 windows over two levels.

Stairway walls and ceiling painting with a washable/wipe able white paint and skirting boards, bannister and 5 door frames painting black and 5 doors painting white.

2 bed flat, lounge, kitchen, large bedroom, small bedroom, shower room and storage room.

2 bedrooms require floor to ceiling wardrobes.

Need a bedroom painted white. Half was previously covered with wallpaper and the rest have splashes of dark gray paint on them.

Ceiling repainted in standard white, after shower overflowed upstairs and stained ceiling. Over 2 months ago so ceiling is ready to be repainted. Roughly 2m x 2m max surface area.

Have purchased paper tried one roll but can't do it as window is tricky for beginner

I would like it all one colour, some of the walls around the stairs are very high. It’s x2 hallways, x2 stairways. Ideally would like somebody that can prep and fill as required aswell as my skirting boards. I don’t know how much is appropriate for this task! - Due date: Flexible

Painting a bedroom inc skirting.Filling and sanding will also need to be done. I will supply you with the paint required, Please bring along brushes/roller if you have them. If you dont I can supply them too.
