Skirting has already been removed. New skirting is provided Room size 4.m x 3.5m Will be left as wood finish so mitre need to be perfect with no filling in.

I need the inner part of the property painted. It’s a 3 bedroom house. Masters bedroom( en-suite), main bathroom, and one toilet downstairs, one single room, one double room and one masters. A kitchen, sitting room.

Equipment not provided. Paint wall and ceiling white. Wood work as well including skirting and 2 doors. Rented property so need quick job.

I have a room that needs to have wallpaper removed. The room is approx 3.5m x 4m. Some of the wallpaper has already been removed. I need the walls and ceiling also removed, so that the room is prepared for plastering. There are several layers of wallpaper, it can be removed but it does take some effort. I have several bits of equipment that can be used if needed: - Steamer - Wallpaper stripper - Wallpaper scraper You need to provide other equirement e.g. ladder. Wallpaper needs to be put into bin liners leaving room debris free. I will be working from home but start work at 9am. Need someone to arrive before then to get started.

Top Bay window needs window trims, sill and side trims primed and painted black. I have paint and primer to do job just don’t have the ladder or the time
