Upkeep some tiles that need repainting. I have the exact paint that was used. He added material to some areas before painting so it may need sanding down. I would like a sealant added to the water exposed area if possible. I don't have a sealant. If there is additional paint left I would like that to be added to the other tiles please.

I need my bedroom ceiling replastering quickly before the painter comes in. It currently has 3 gaps in it that will need to be filled/boxed off. One is 1m x 30cm the other is 30cm x 8cm and the other is from a light that is no longer there. Will provide photos before the job is confirmed.
