I would like the bathroom ceiling and one wall painted with anti mould white paint. The room is approximately 12 by 15 feet.

A small hall needs the walls painted, there is some flaking of the old paint but isn’t because of internal damp. Painting ceiling of small bathroom, again some flaking of old paint.

Paint tiled wallsnin bathroom there are 3 walls but 2 of the walls are really small. The ceilings are quite high.

Description of damages: water drainage leakage from the above terrace has damaged internal finishing around the window of the living room. Description of repairs: Removal of damaged plaster around the window. Estimated area around 0.3 Sqm. Removal of existing damaged paint. Estimated areas around 0.6 Sqm. Replaster and sand the damaged area (as above) Take one sample of existing colour and reproduce it (the quantity of new paint should be estimated for three coats minimum. The area to be considered is the entire internal wall (around 12Sqm minus 3.5Sqm of windows around 8Sqm. Prepare the surface and apply the new coat twice to the entire wall of the living room. - Due date: Flexible

Hall - 2.29m high (x2 long walls) - 1.4m wide (x2 short walls) - 3.13 m wide Bedroom - 2.29 high - 3.4 wide Walls are only a couple of years old, plastered and painted with white emulsion so they shouldn’t need lining. Hallway has 6 doorways you will need to work around along with light switches and a plug socket. Bedroom wall only has two dual plug sockets to work around. I will provide wallpaper and paste. You will need to provide any other tools e.g. a stepladder and/or pasting table. Can be flexible on when it’s done as I work from home. Will order the wallpaper and paint once I have someone confirmed so soonest it can be done is this weekend/early next week. Looking for a high quality finish at a reasonable price - it’s a pretty straightforward job. Would appreciate it if you could send me examples of your previous work.
