We are moving out of our apartment and need to remove 10 nails where pictures were hanging throughout the flat. Then we need to putty, sand and paint. You will need to match the paint to the existing walls. There is a hardware shop 2 mins walk away.

Childs bedroom to be painted white. Including skirting boards, door and ceiling.

Painting one hallway wall and one side of cabinet with paint I will supply. Paint is same as currently used so not changing colour or sheen. No need to paint trim or door. Wall is approximately 2.5m x 2.8m and purpose of painting is to fix some blemishes/marks. Cabinet side is very small, as pictured and purpose is to fix some parts where old painting was not done well. Both will require only one coat of paint. Only professionals at painting. Need to supply your own rollers, brushes, any stools or ladders, etc Please when offering let me know if you think I can use my old 2.5 year old paint or if I should buy new paint. We are leaving our offices on November 4, and we need to put it back in the original colour (all white). We painted one wall in deep deep purple. The office will be emptied on November 2nd between 9 AM & 3 PM so the painting would have to happen either Nov 3rd or worse case over the weekend. it is likely to take 4-5 coats! Following a water leak (which has been fixed), I need an area of the bedroom wall repaired, made good and painted. It will require a paint block undercoat as this was previously damp. There was a whole drilled to investigate the leak so this will need to be filled and the whole area needs to be made good prior to the painting. In addition to this section of the wall, there is a small area in the landing which will also require a touch-up and made good. I am enclosing pictures.
