What does a painting service include?

I’ve just moved in to a new build flat - during the process of moving in, the walls have been scuffed in some places, and need touching up. I have purchased a can of the same paint (Dulux Supermatt White). I need someone to come and touch up the paint, in a way that it will blend in perfectly, including when viewed at an angle / the light hits. The development was completed 8 months ago, so the paint on the walls has not aged much. - Due date: Before Thursday, 25 August 2022 I will only assign this role to a professional decorator and not a general handyman.
