Clean, Prep and paint concrete floor in retail space in art gallery. Space is 100SQM. Need someone knowledgeable in paints, and prep who can recommend products for us to purchase for the job. We regularly host events, opening, pop ups, gallery shows and have a high foot traffic, so require the paint/floor to be able to withstand this. Additionally open to alternatives to paint if you recommend. Floor isn't as clean as in the pictures

Hi, An area of one square meter needs sanding down, some plastering and then sanding down again to even it out. See pictures. From experience, it is a 3-4 hour job. Other repairs may be in order if this goes well. Just need someone positive and easy to work with. Thank you.

Its a total of 2 door frames without a door (as attached), 3 doorframes with a door (as attached) and then a series of window frames (note, I only want to repaint the white). There is a large window with a terrace door in the living room, two windows with a ledge in the bedrooms and a small window with a ledge in the kitchen (590 wide, 320 depth , 1200 window height). I would provide the paint. Something to note is we will need plaster to repair one of the bedroom window ledges (see picture attached, can you provide the plaster for this ?) I can provide parking, with a maximum height of 2.2m.

Hi, our small flat needs redecorating over the bank holiday weekend on Sunday 5th and Monday 6th May (assuming 2 days required). The job would suit a professional painter and decorator able to do some other light handiwork. We are looking for the following work to be done: - One large bedroom - wallpaper stripped, mould removed from small patches underneath (the side facing out the building), primer applied and then painted white with 2 coats. Including walls, ceiling and skirting board. Will need to work around furniture and shift it around a little. - Toilet - small room about 2m by 2m, wall stains covered, walls and ceiling repainted white and some small mould removed if found. - Doors - 6 internal wooden doors, light, and their doorframes (metal) repainted. - Bathroom - ceiling only - paint removed, mould removed, and repainted while taking care not to scratch bath surfacing. Wooden floor and shelf space only - wood treatment applied. Old shower curtain removed and new one installed. - Kitchen - flaking paint removed from ceiling/top 15cm of walls; repainted. - Hallway - small cracks plastered. flaking paint removed. Repainted including ceiling and skirting board. Professional insight or further comment welcomed. We can provide paint, wood treatment, etc you will need to provide brushes, any other materials or equipment. Plastic covers will be needed to protect surfaces from paint. We also need you to take away any waste produced by this process and dispose of it, included in the price. Please quote the total to pay including all costs (VAT, any airtasker fees, materials, labour, travel, parking, whatever). Please can you also give a rough estimate of how much time you think the work will take. There may be some flexibility to have access on the Tuesday and Wednesday to complete the work if needed. £1500 or thereabouts Edit - there is a curtain rail in the bedroom that needs to be repainted. +radiator+airvent+metal pipes in bathroom.+2 pipes in toilet.
