What does a painting service include?

We’ve probably already managed to paint half but are in a time crunch and need help finishing the job. Would like a painter to come and finish the place off in time for the carpet installers Wednesday. It’s getting very late so perhaps tomorrow (Tuesday) early start and get it all done in a day. No need to worry about paint on the floors as they’re all being replaced. Basically what is left is 3 walls downstairs, the bannister, all window and door frames and doors (5 windows - 6 doors/frames), a second coat on the cabinet on the left in the photo and two coats on the one to the right. Tenants association needs painters for entrances/ communal areas/ corridors in 2-3 level flats buildings. We need to paint the corridors: * ceilings (refresh the white) * walls (1-2 coats in Dulux Diamond Matt, change of colour from light green/red to grey), * wood dado rails and trims (currently white, to same white colour with Dulux undercoat and oil based paint, 2 coats) * wood stair side edges only * metal balustrade, goes fast with painter mitts * 1 wooden internal door per level and 1 wooden window per level * 1 entrance door that needs painting but only on the inside. * 1 internal cupboard door * All door frames Some walls have a little bit of plaster and paint cracking/falling of. Otherwise there is not a lot to fix/fill before painting. This project is for one of the entrances. This is ground plus 2 levels with 9 flats in total. We have 25 other entrances for the right people We need the communal areas painted, not the flats (some people get it wrong). The budget is fixed and cannot be amended. Please do not bid if you cannot finish within this budget. We provide the paints and the tools. You are more than welcome to bring your own brushes/rolls if you are used to working with them.
