Wall got some stains after wiping with a moist cloth (water only) while trying to clean it. I don’t know the exact paint colour if painting is required. All in all, the task is to fix the stains. Please, see the attached photos.

We need two walls of our cellar cleaned (removing black mold) and repainted with a sealant paint. I’d like to repaint a one bedroom flat which consists of a hallway, bedroom, kitchen/living open plan area as well as the bathroom. There are also three storage units I’d like to get touched up. The flat’s about 512sqm? I’d like to get some of the plaster and sealant/caulking fixed where it’s dried out and peeling away from the wall but happy if you want to just take on the painting aspect - happy to negotiate extra as I’m not sure if my budget is quite right.
