Hey all, can anyone help me I need a contract painter (PRO) who has worked with Estate Agents or construction companies to do the following at industry speed and be able to start within 24-48 hours. - Fully white-wash walls and ceilings (Silk Emulsion) (2 Coats) - Gloss skirting s and window sills, with white Gloss.(2 Coats). - Gloss doors (1 Coat) - clean the floors and windows,handles and fittings of any paint residue. - A very Good 5 star review is waiting for the contractor who helps me out and carries out my request. The Bathroom is tiled and does not need to be painted Do you have high ceilings? Do you have pictures? 2 pic and 1 mirror please do not remove hooks as I will put them back on the wall. Have you purchased the materials? Yes . Damp seal for the bedroom back wall corner and buckets of contractor white paint. When would you like the work to take place? ASAP How high are the ceilings? About 2.5 -3 meters in places, I used to use the pole to paint and a brush on a pole. To be fair the walls were done 2 years ago so the not that bad. The bedroom has few bubbles that need light sanding off but 80% just needs a whitewash. Contract parking is available on the back drive. The flat is empty, There are only 4 major pieces of furniture that can be shimmered to the middle of the floors which is how i did it. Don't mind you staying overnight and using shower provided everything gets cleaned up when finished. ### Some pictures show layout of Bedroom and Living room. Some pictures show conditions of walls and skirting which do need more attention. All in all most walls need very little sanding, but do need freshening up.
