We just renovated one bed flat but are unhappy with the skimming and painting especially in the kitchen and hallway. Also, the skirting boards aren't sit on the floor and a brown silicone was used under it which looks really bad. Also, the door and door frames will be painted again. We have a wooden kitchen surface that needs sanding and coating in an oil/varnish/sealant that makes it waterproof and ideally heatproof. And probably sealed with silicon around the sink.

The staircase handrails are stained and varnished but have not been done well. I need someone experienced to sand, stain and varnish the handrails to a better standard. There are parts of the handrail which contain filler, so some colour matching/blending is needed. The staircase is a single floor. I will supply the stain and varnish. The target is to have a uniform colour. The job will need the walls, handrail mounts and floors to be protected and the dust to be cleaned by your vacuum.
