We need to paint our two bed rooms and one living room and little hallway

Ceilings, walls plus woodwork including 2 doors. some parts of the ceiling may need a damp paint

It’s a medium sized bedroom that just needs freshening up colour is grey. Also need the ceilings and skirting boards done aswell. I have all the paint ready

We need some repairs doing in the house now that the property is empty ahead of new tenants moving in. This involves Painting of the Kitchen Ceiling due to Oil Stains Painting (touch ups) in the Living Room (Kitchen and Living Room is all one room - open plan) Sealant and grouting work in 2x bathrooms Smoke Detector installation (just screwing into the ceiling)

Skimming/multi finish all walls, this includes 3 bedrooms, 2 Reception rooms and hallway, also the bedroom ceilings. All walls need to skimmed/multifinish and sanded so its ready to paint. Some small parts need a little more attention due to cracks and broken plaster.(please see images)

Prepare and Paint 2 cupboards Put 3 removable shelves up Put number sign up in front of property I will supply paint , paint brushes and shelves .

On one bedroom wall, I would like to have the current wallpaper removed, the wall prepared and repainted white.

I need 3 oak doors stained

My bedroom needs to be painted white
