What does a painting service include?

Some common reasons for paint stripping include new colour for your interior doors, removing wood stain from kitchen cabinets so you can update the colour, or stripping cracked paint from a surface so it’s ready for repainting.Â

I’m looking for someone that can treat mould and advise on best way to prevent (apart from a humidifier) for a small 1 bedder flat in Clapton. It’s currently tenanted, and tenants have written to say there is mould on: - The door from the bathroom - The bathroom ceiling - The door frame in the bedroom - The living room windows are affected as moisture is trapped inside and outside. - The living room corners are mouldy and the painting is peeling off. Photos attached, some look worse than others and some it’s hard to tell from the photos. The tenants also just said they applied some treatment in the bathroom and on the doors but haven’t touched the living room. I haven’t seen photos of this, but would welcome someone that knows what they're doing to review what they’ve done and potentially re-treating.
