Remove redundant telephone cabling to woodwork and make good around doors. Fill minor blemishes to walls / sand. Filler/sandpaper supplied. Glues edges / corners of lining paper where delaminating. Glue supplied. Lightly wash down walls and ceiling. Decorate ceilings with white trade Matt (supplied) Decorate walls with dulux vinyl white (supplied) Protect floors as required. Dust sheets supplied. Tape/protect woodwork/windows/ other walls etc. as necessary. Frogtape not supplied. First floor landing, stairs, ground floor hallway. All walls and ceilings. Tasker will need to have own access eg long ladder capable of reaching ceiling on stairs( I have short ladder / working platform adaptable style) Own decorating equipment - brushes rollers etc. although I also have quite a bit of this too.

there is currently furniture down, a large side table, sofa and table that would need to be removed first. Once done a new paint over our old floor boards which are very faded and dated

Hi! We have found some mould in one of our rooms along one wall (see photos). I'm hoping to find someone to: - Remove the small wooden strip in front of the skirting board (this is the thin brown/ natural wood strip in the photos). It is just along one wall, about 3 metres in length and about an inch wide. It is held in place by a few small nails and will come off easily with a crowbar or chisel (you will need to bring this). - Thoroughly spray the wooden strip and the affected wall/ floor area with anti-mould spray (we can provide this). - Wait 5 min then wipe away all mould. - Repeat if necessary until all the mould is removed or max 30 minutes has passed.
