Fix the imperfections on the walls, the flat is 2 bedroom flat. Some walls need to be painted or sanded. Install blinds. Will pay more depending on the hours.

Repaint the white walls (2 bedroom flat) Cover or remove the marks on the walls and fill out the holes. One wall needs to be repainted. The rest have a few marks that’s quite easy to fix.
