I need someone to remove the wallpaper in the kitchen and fill in any cracks too. I want the surface ready for painting. I don’t see this taking more than a few hours, but I guess the price is negotiable I suppose. I need it done the first week of April when I have some money for the task. Depending on the price you offer, I may want you to paint the walls too. However, the main job is to remove the wallpaper paper and fill any cracks etc-make it ready for painting. I am happy to hire a wall paper steamer from HSS for the job. Ideally you’ll have experience using these and know which device is best to hire too. We need to plaster a wall measuring W750mm x H2600mm. The wall currently has magnetic paint, which we tried to strip off to repaint, but the surface is still quite rough and uneven. Rather than replacing the drywall, we believe plastering is the best way to achieve a smooth finish. Repainting after plastering is not needed.
