I need someone pretty experienced or professional to paint my living room. It's 15- 20 square meters

2 bedrooms and one living room needs to be sorted. They have wallpaper and the property has been closed for a while hence some damp in the main bedroom. Wallpaper needs to be removed, walls and ceiling cleared and painted for both bedrooms and living room. The rest of the house including all woodwork only needs painting.
