We are putting our house on the market to sell. We need the hallway, stairs and landing papering

Hi, I am looking at turning my front room into a bedroom by building a wall that splits the room into a small hallway from the front door and bedroom. Not sure where to start? and who to contact about starting the process. Does anyone know anybody who can do that? I just want to add that we live in a two bedroom terrance house and we had a friend that had converted their front living room into a bedroom for his daughter and my mother wants to do the same for me, so we’re wanting to split it into a bedroom and a small hallway, it’s not a big job I don’t think. Reposting so I can add that we were hoping for something that wouldn’t be difficult to knock down when we decide to move, like a completely built wall is not necessary but we are still open to getting quotes and seeing how much it would be.

- repaint in white downstairs passageway, staircase walls and upstairs landing - re-gloss downstairs passage skirting board, up the stairs skirting and upstairs landing skirting board - repaint the staircase bannisters (might need sanding down?) - panelling up the stairs wall - repaint white upstairs master bedroom and paint the skirting board . Restaurant undergoing renovation. I need ceiling to be painted, previous spot light holes to be filled in. 4 walls to be wallpapered. Old ones removed. Staircase rails to be painted. Skirting boards painted. Materials will be provide I.e paint/wallpaper.

Spilled superglue on new cabinet and tried wiping off to make it worse now it’s stained and removed paint so require a touch up service to put right.

We’re trying to find someone who can build a wall in our front living room and turn it into a bedroom and hallway. If you come across this and you yourself can’t do it, but know who we can speak to about it, we’d be very grateful. (Thought that I would add that we wouldn’t want a fully established wall, more wooden, something that can be taken down when we decide to move)
