I need all 4 top edges on the ceiling of a small bathroom to be re-sealed, as well as at least 2 of the wall corners and some addition bits where sealant has come out over time

Would like one bedroom painted (4 walls), and one small bathroom (2 walls only, the rest is tiled) painted. All skirting & door frames to be painted in same colour. I will provide the paint.

Downstairs bathroom needs to be plastered (not the ceiling). One wall behind photo angle is fine, so we have three walls needing at least skim coat (roughly 10 sq m). Right wall and top doorway boxing is very bumping too so may need preparing, or may need taking off and redoing as we want a smooth finish to paint/panel against.
