The paint on our very small bathroom ceiling is peeling off. We need it removed and re-painted, without making a mess of our bathroom.

Downstairs bathroom needs to be plastered (not the ceiling). One wall behind photo angle is fine, so we have three walls needing at least skim coat (roughly 10 sq m). Right wall and top doorway boxing is very bumping too so may need preparing, or may need taking off and redoing as we want a smooth finish to paint/panel against.

1) Just painting of a small kithing ceiling which has some water staining from above. The cwiling is wallpapered so it will be painting over this. 2) Cutting off of the tips of screws which have penetrated the stairs beneath (see photo) with a multi-tool or similar.

We need to replaster the ceiling in most rooms of our flat. The total area of the flat is 100sqm. We do not need to do the bathroom and one of the bedrooms - crossed in green in the picture.

Cut to size and install astragal moulding/ wainscote to 2x walls following frog tape markings. Moulding has been selected and will be purchased shortly. Ideally would like the moulding primed and painted (we have paint and primer) before installation and caulking done once in situ.
